Aleksandra Szewczul
Aleksandra Szewczul (b. 1991) is a Polish designer and artist, and founder of Vintola Studio. She graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw, where she studied Media Art with a specialization in Photography.
Her creative practice operates at the intersection of collectible design, functional art, and craftsmanship. She approaches furniture as a medium of artistic expression—an object capable of evoking emotion, constructing narratives, and shaping the relationship between people and space. By combining contemporary design with traditional handcraft techniques, she creates limited-edition collections and unique objects handmade in Poland.
Her work draws inspiration from Polish modernism, architecture, art, and nature. In her recent projects, she has been developing original experiments with the hand-tufting technique, moving her practice toward objects that balance between function and sculpture.
She presented her works at international events such as Milan Design Week, 3 Days of Design in Copenhagen, and Maison & Objet in Paris, and are held in private collections and interior projects around the world.
